Terms of Use

1. Scope

These terms apply to the use of BagelSMP-Market, a private, free community project. By using the site you agree to these terms.

2. No affiliation with BagelSMP or Mojang

BagelSMP-Market is not an official BagelSMP service and is neither operated nor endorsed by the server operators. Minecraft is a trademark of Mojang Synergies AB / Microsoft. The BagelSMP server rules and the Minecraft terms additionally apply; we have no influence on them.

3. Market data without warranty

Auctions, orders, prices, statistics and forecasts are collected and computed automatically. They may be wrong, outdated or incomplete. In-game decisions are made at your own risk. Forecasts are mathematical trend extrapolations, not recommendations.

4. Trading market (vault bot)

The trading market brokers the exchange of in-game items for in-game currency through an escrow bot (vault). Only virtual game currency and items are traded; trading for real money is excluded and prohibited. For every completed trade an in-game fee shown in advance is retained.

A trade is complete only once the bot has confirmed payment and delivery. We strive for reliable operation but cannot rule out outages of the bot, the Minecraft server or rule changes by the server. In such cases we try to return stored items to their owner. Liability for in-game losses is excluded to the extent permitted by law; liability for intent and gross negligence remains unaffected.

We reserve the right to abort trades and exclude users from the trading market on suspicion of fraud, violations of BagelSMP rules or abuse.

4a. Giveaway

The organiser is the operator of this website (see imprint). The prize is $1,000,000 of in-game currency on the BagelSMP Minecraft server.

Anyone who successfully completes at least one trade as buyer or seller through this website's trading market takes part. Each Minecraft account takes part once, regardless of its number of trades. Cancelled or aborted trades do not count. Staff and the operator are excluded.

The date of the draw will be announced on this website and on Discord in good time; all trades completed by then count.

The winner is drawn at random from all participants, announced on the website and on Discord and notified in-game or via Discord. The prize is paid in-game to the Minecraft account that completed the trade. Payment in real money or exchange is excluded. If the winner does not respond within 14 days, a new winner is drawn.

The giveaway is not affiliated with BagelSMP, Mojang or Microsoft. Participants may be excluded on suspicion of manipulation (e.g. fake trades between own accounts). Recourse to the courts is excluded to the extent permitted by law. Questions: Discord Joel9277.

5. Scammer and trusted lists

Reports must be truthful and include evidence. False reports lead to exclusion. Entries refer exclusively to game accounts. Reported players may contact us by e-mail; every objection is reviewed.

6. Prohibited use

Prohibited: scraping the site beyond ordinary use, attacks on the infrastructure, submitting false reports, impersonating another person, and any use that violates the law or the BagelSMP rules.

7. Availability and changes

There is no entitlement to permanent availability. We may change, restrict or discontinue features at any time and amend these terms. The current version is always available on this page.

8. Governing law

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies. For consumers habitually resident in another country, mandatory consumer protection provisions of that country remain unaffected.
